Mini Boot Camp
It is a 1 day - 5 hr seminar for those that are looking to take their dancing to another level but are not able to join me for full weekend. The workshop usually runs from 10 am -4 pm. with 1 hr break for lunch.
The information is taught in a friendly and supportive way. The emphasis is on understanding the principles of technique (applicable to any style of dancing); how to put one individual personality into performances (competing or showcases); and the importance of posture and how to exercise between lessons to gain strength and flexibility.
