Teacher Testimonials

I was Fortunate enough to host “Kasia Kozak’s High Heels Boot Camp”, A 3 day camp for women of all levels who want to take their dancing to the next level. I approached Kasia wanting information on her Boot camp for a few of my female students who where really looking to improve their dancing. I became very excited to find out that Kasia was now offering satellite versions of her camp, and that she would be willing to fly to Connecticut if I would be her host. Before, I knew it there was a buzz in our studio and from surrounding studios that she would be making the trip. I had never hosted such a boot camp and found this experience to be the most pleasing. My basic duties included advertising to regional studios, handling information calls and facilitating enrollment. Beyond that the only other responsibility was to make arrangements for Kasia’s stay, in total maybe 10hrs of actually work. My studio profited greatly from being the site of the camp. They say that the only good deal is where all parties profit, and with the way the satellite camps work, that is exactly how it works. If you are a teacher or studio owner considering whether or not to host, the only reason I can see not to do it is that, you have something against making money and having happy students. My students were so excited and charged that all three of my personal students will be attending the upcoming boot camp for a 2nd time.  Some other benefits that I felt really made this a great opportunity are...

The boot camp is a weekend event, so when the studio was going to be closed, we were still making money.

The instructors of the students in the camp got free coaching. To make sure we can follow up on our students work.

The school received free advertising through Dance World Connections.

The High Heels Boot Camp, is now and will continue to be a fixture at our studio for as long as Kasia continues to maintain her satellite program.

Glenn Clark’s Stardust Ballroom has worked with Kasia Kozak for more than 6 years, hosting her for private lessons, workshops and professional shows for our former Global dance competition, Midwest Invitational.   Her latest workshop series are very popular with our students and the technique discussed is applicable and easily grasped by all levels of dancers, bronze to gold, social and competitive, both male and female, junior to retiree ages.  We find that we apply the technical discussions into our ballroom technique as well as Latin.  Our female dancers particularly feel that they can better control their partnering ability and feel excited about how they can create successful moves that enhance their partner’s leads.  Our teachers also feel that they gain better teaching vocabulary and understanding of how certain words can be differently interpreted.  She is very flexible on how the classes can be taught and keeps each hour of learning very fresh and focused.  Lastly, she always brings her passion and “diva” feelings and excitement to our students, no matter how many hours she teaches.

"Having Kasia into our studio has made a powerful impact on both staff and students.

Working with her as a competing professional, and  a pro-am teacher I can honestly say that she is one of the most versatile teachers in our industry.

She is a powerful communicator capable of hearing and being heard, yet she approaches every lesson with a listen first attitude.

Her insight goes far beyond her top class dancing, choreography, and coaching.  We always look forward to seeing her again."
